Thank you for shopping with Royalfish Brand LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States and internationally.
Order Processing
All orders are processed from our administrative office in Seattle, Washington, USA.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international destinations where permitted by law and carrier availability.
If shipping to your location is unavailable, you will be notified before your order is completed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or GST
- Brokerage fees
- Other governmental charges
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
Shipping Rates

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided via email once an order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Refused deliveries
- Failure to retrieve packages from carrier facilities
If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us promptly. We will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Retain all packaging materials.
- Take photographs of the package and damaged items.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any destination prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or carrier restrictions.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Transportation disruptions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Other force majeure events
